Paint Your Own Pottery

Daily Studio Fees
$6.95 for adults
$4.95 for students under 18
Prices for pottery are marked on the bottom of the piece.

Note: If pottery items are purchased elsewhere and brought in, a nominal firing fee will be added to to studio fee as follows
$2.00 for small items
$4.00 for medium items
$6.00 for large items.
Items of unusual size will be priced accordingly.

Painting Tips
• Wipe your piece with a wet sponge to remove
any dusts that may be present.
• To achieve a solid color, apply three coats of
color allowing each coat to dry in between.
• Light pencil and pen marks will disappear
during firing. Dark marks may not, so sketch
lightly.

Relax and Have FUN!

Your piece may be picked up one week from the day you finish painting it.

Make Your Own Clay Creations
Get in touch with the sculptor inside! We have clay available to make your own unique clay art piece. Some of the great things our customers have made include: pinch pots, ornaments, wind chimes, jewelry, figurines, villages, whistles, banks, vases, and much more. You are limited only by your imagination.

Mosaics
We have added Mosaics to our project list of things you can do here at Art Village. We have the bases, glue, tiles and grout. All you need is your imagination. Come in and create a new kind of art.

Painting Boards
Come in and choose from different size board and use our acrylic paints to paint your very own masterpiece that you can take home and frame. We have 8x10, 11x14 and 16x18. You can use oil paints on these as well.

T-Shirt Painting
Want to create hand painted artwork that you can take home right away? We now have cool Art Village t-shirts that you can paint and take home with you. We have the fabric paint and brushes right here. Paint a beautiful painting that you can wear. It’s fun and fashionable!

Drawing and painting
We have tempera paints, pastels, markers, pencils and charcoal for those artists who want to explore two dimensional art. Come browse are collection of art books for ideas or set up an inspiring still life to draw or paint.
